Celebrated our 32 anniversary at The Emerson Inn. Dinner at the Inn was better than expected. Scallops were seared perfectly...good enough to give Lumiere's (Newton MA) signature dish a run for their money. Server seemed a little green and said they were very busy (we...More

This was 1/2 mile from our Inn, so when we arrived at dinnertime we choose the closest place. The food was very good, and the service was as it should be. I thought it was a little high priced, but it was good.

Since my husband and I had seafood most of the time, we decided to order beef. My husband had the filet mignon and I had the special rib-eye. Both were tender and juicy. There was so much flavor to this meal that we were impressed.
