You know it's a local favorite when you consistently run into people you know. It's convenient for us, and we're there at least once a month. Friendly staff, good food - my favorite, though, is the bread and oil they bring before our meals arrive.

My wife and I have given the Tavern many tries, but the vast majority of our meals were poor. We continued going, but mostly because of the wait-staff. The bartenders and waitresses are excellent and very pleasant unlike the two owners.
