Piccadilly is the perfect place for sometimes mixed up eaters who want lunch for breakfast or breakfast for lunch, such as like me. I, like many others, go here a lot because they consistently please customers by preparing orders to your druthers. Service is always provided with a smile and expertise.by long term staff. Prices are appropriate and steady year... More

Breakfast is a challenge in a good way. There are soooo many choices! I had a western omelet and my friend had the house special omelet. Both were great, the eggs thin as crepes delicious fillings and choice of toast or muffins. Great service also.

Want good food where the locals eat; Piccadilly Cafe & Deli is the place to go! Food, service, and cleanliness is the name of the game. When visiting our cottage in West Yarmouth, this is where we go!

This is our "go to" place for breakfast on vacation when we're not awake yet. Even with a line out the door, the staff aims to please and gets you seated right away -- if you're alone of with just one other person and find yourself in that long line, check the breakfast "bar" alongside the open kitchen as there's... Positively loved this place. We had breakfast. French toast yummy, home fries very tasty, cranberry muffin yummy! Service quick and gracious. Waitress kept checking if we needed anything. Food came fast and hot! We also had eggs over easy that came perfectly cooked. Been there for lunch. Sandwiches huge. Fries crispy and not greasy. In summer usually crowded. This season... More

We like to grab a sandwich on the way to the beach and have found this to be the most consistent. Try the Reuben!

Another on the breakfast tour and first timers here. My friend had the crab cakes benedict and I had my usual 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes. Everything was excellent from the service to the coffee and breakfast itself and the price was reasonable. Large, open and clean.

While many locals frequent the Picadilly Cafe, it is not one of my favorites. The breakfast food is average and nothing to rave about. I have never found the wait staff to be exceptionally friendly.

This has been a staple Yarmouth for years. My family comes in every Sunday after church. There is never a bad thing on the menu. The food is great and the wait staff is always nice. The lunch is great as well. The sandwich's and burgers are one of the best on the Cape. Great for going to the beach... More
