We eat at the Wounded Minnow Saloon at least one time per week. We always enjoy the food and drinks. I recommend trying the burgers or one of the weekly or monthly specials. They offer great drink specials on Tuesday and Wednesday.

My sister went here and got sick from the food. Her husband did as well. I see now they are shut down- their license has been suspended again. I think this is like the third or fourth time.

Very nice Pub and popular but easy to find a seat. Fresh salad bar, excellent appetizers -we enjoyed extreme nachos appetizer and asked to omit olives and order came as requested. Should've stopped eating but our eyes were bigger than our stomach and my grilled chicken salad was made with fresh salad. All ingredients were fresh and made to order.... More

We live in Dowagiac. We want to like the Wounded Minnow. But this place has the worst service ever, year after year. Slow to non-existent. The last time we were here, after 45 minutes of waiting for a small order, the waitress admitted that she had forgotten to put our order in to the kitchen. Then the burgers came out... More

We never miss eating at the Minnow when in town. Staff is always friendly and food is OK. The pizzas (if you like thin crusts) and fish and chips are really good.

Good food. Nice variety of bar food, burgers, sandwiches and salads. Ate outside as it was a nice day. Problem was the umbrellas over the tables kept puffing up and taking off. They hadn't secured them in any way. It was a dangerous situation and after almost getting clobbered 3-4 times we took them down. Otherwise, it was a nice... More

$2.00 hamburger night, some beers and a pool table just hits the spot and is well worth the visit. Staff is prompt and customer friendly. I would drive out of my to bring friends and family here.

Living in Dowagiac with few restaurants to choose from when looking for a quick bite to eat, we were very pleased with our last few visits to the Minnow. The menu has been updated and the food has been exceptional lately!

Happened by this place while visiting town. The outside area of this bar is actually kind of cool to sit and relax. The food is typical bar food, and they have a great selection of drinks. Service was timely. We will come back to this place when in town again.
