Thank you for finally stopping in for a visit, we are glad we didn't disappoint. We look forward to seeing you again next year.....and don't tell Art's we are 100x better than them, they are kinda touchy about that sort of thing. :)

Made Empire our home base for 4 days. Ate here for lunch and dinner. Unassuming exterior, impressive food, friendly service. Prices on par with other restaurants in this tourist area. Found the menu extensive and everything we sampled was terrific. First visit shared the Mediterranean...More

The dinner spot was great, prices were fairly reasonable and the service was fast and attentive. Burgers were delicious and Kids menu was nice with some different items on there. Very family friendly yet had a full bar and good local beer selections.

Just an average experience ! Food was fine but not great! Lots of large families so very loud at the time of our visit! There are not a lot of places to pick from but might be worth it to drive on t next town!

Loud with lots of large families pretty much describes Leelanau county in the summer. We are glad you found our food to be ok and we hope you visit our area again.

Had lunch here on the way to the Dunes. Our family of vegetarians had no trouble finding entrees we all liked. Many pizza options, grilled cheese sandwiches ("classy" version has apples, tomatoes and onions), and a delicious salad of fresh greens, dried cherries, pecans and...More
