Been looking for a fine Chinese for a while. We drove an hour to check out this place. Did not disappoint. Spring rolls fresh and flaky with very nice duck sauce. Hot and sour soup successful. But the tableside carved Peking duck was the main event. Perfectly cooked and served in two preparations. The pancake style of the crackling skin... More

A friend took me here and I must say this was a real treat. I'm not sure what the exact name of my meal was but it had sea bass and asparagus and was so mild and tender that it just about melted in your mouth. We also got a side of garlic green beans which were delicious. We were... More

The title may be an oxymoron but it fits. Not your typical menu though you can get the usual if you search or ask. Food is excellent. Service usually good but can be slow. Presentation above average. Try the three way duck and be wowed. Always crowded and with good reason. Can takeout also but you lose a little on... More

I go here three to four times a year when I am in Southfield on business. I love their food and the service is pretty good too. The servers area belt o speak clear enough English to give recommendations and advice. The soups are good, great egg rolls and I have never had a better Almond Boneless Chicken anywhere! I... More

If you're looking for a very good chinese food, this is the option. All the staff is kind and there are many options in the menu. The iconic dish is the Peking duck that is perfectly chopped on the dinner table.

We were looking for something tasty and Hong Hua did not disappoint! May was great and we wished we'd have gotten the duck! Out food was still delicious, but all we kept seeing coming out of the kitchen one after the other was the Peking duck!
