The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Location is on the side of town where it is known by locals but if you're local or visiting you should definitely check it out.

I can't believe that we have never been here before! We do have our favorites downtown Grand Haven, but we decided to give Rainy Days a try today. It was great! Lori suggested the special of the day, the Beef Skillet and boy, was she right! Tender roast beef on country fried potatoes and I chose my eggs poached -... More

Stopped by for breakfast on our way out of town. Fantastic Supercell omelette. Not sure we have ever had better. Excellent service. Worth a stop.

Met a friend for an 8:00am breakfast on a Sunday. Server kept the cups full, but the blend of coffee wasn't to my preference. Breakfast came quickly, but I would suspect that they don't want you to linger on a Sunday morning. The omelette was chocked full of ingredients, but the egg portion was only a very thin covering. Don't... More

Had breakfast here because it was across the street from the RV park we were staying at. A very small neighborhood café. they do have some tables outside for good weather dining, small area inside. Average menu with fair prices. My French toast was cold when I got it. Bacon was not cooked enough for my tastes. My wifes medium... More

Late on a Sunday morning, we're lucky we walked in when somebody was walking out. BINGO! Service was AWESOME, food hot, and quick (I assume they wanted to turn the table), but who wants a cold, slow breakfast anyway? My guest had the eggs Benedict and it looked FANTASTIC! I will return and that is what I will order.

Enjoyed my breakfast, small friendly atmosphere. Waitstaff very attentive. I'd eat there again. Nice to eat there with friends for a relaxing breakfast.

Usually the service is good, but this last visit we chose to sit outside, may have been a mistake, but they were really busy. It took is over 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and bring our coffee. Food is good and usually quickly served.

Rainy Day is a nice place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Some of their breakfast items, e.g., Doug's Mess, are big enough for two people. They have great American fries. We've always been happy when we eat there, which is pretty often.

Better than mom used to make. There is nothing bland about Rainy Days Cafe. Wonderful flavor in every dish they make. We go every chance we can. Love this place.
