Tender greens small plate wasn't good. Pea and carrot salad on medium menu wasn't good. In fact I eat neither. Goat cheese was great as well as wine pairing. Wouldn't come back for dinner. Strip loin was average. Service was good. You can pay to park in the ramp kitty corner.

We went here with high expectations, but try as we might, we just couldn’t get past “Eh.” Everything, from appetizers all the way through desserts, was just ok. They lacked the ingredients to make a relatively simple and well-known mixed drink. (Yes, wine is their focus, but that was still surprising.) We spent waaayyy too much for an uninspired meal... Six friends visited Reserve for dinner prior a Devos show. The wine pouts were short for the money. Wife ordered Cappelletti ($12.00). There were 7 pieces about the size of your little finger tip. About three spoonfuls. More food in a handful of nuts. I gave her half of my $16.00 cheeseburger. Food was tasty but portions were miniscule. Waiter... More

Appetizer plate was good but would not return solely for the very light wine pours. Would have been back with our group but after mentioning the light pour , I was basically blown off with the comment the wine glass is bigger than it appears. Seems the right response would have been adding an ounce or two to the glass... More

I have eaten here several times and do make it a habit to visit The Reserve. They have one of the best wine lists in Grand Rapids. The Charcuterie selection is incredible. The meats include Iberico ham for an up charge, but well worth it. They have a phenomenal selection of cheeses as well. The meals themselves are fit for... More

My husband and I moved to the Metro Detroit area from Chicago several years ago and we have found only a handful of restaurants that meet our high standards. We were visiting friends in Grand Rapids and they suggested we have dinner here. Our server was outstanding! She was knowledgable, friendly and when we asked for food and wine recommendations... The wine list is impressive, but try the Mixed drinks. Robert (bar tender) knows his mixed drinks and is very knowledgeable. Sit at the bar and enjoy some great mixed drinks. The restaurant is a great experience and the food is very good.

Two levels with a trendy attitude provide the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy your favorite vino, or ideally, fall in love with a new one. That's what we did. I told the bartender my typical favs, and he boldly stated "let me introduce you to something even more exciting that I think you'll love." Love it, I did! So... More

We booked an upper dining room for a private function and had a TREMENDOUS experience. Peter lead our group through a wonderful dinner with wine pairing that was second to none. The quality of the food and its flavors just exploded with each bite. The wine choices were wonderful and it was tough to move on but each pairing just... More

Description
Reserve is proud to present Grand Rapids with our homage to Wine, Pork, Cheese and even more wine! Reserve has developed a network of purveyors to supply hand-selected, seasonal produce, pork, Michigan raised lamb, beef and fish to anchor a locally driven rustic yet refined menu of simple, eclectic fare. Our goal at Reserve is to source the best possible product as close to home as possible. Our Charcuterie bar will serve up local and international cheeses and meats along with Reserve exclusives, house made sausages, terrines, and pates. The extensive international wine list was developed by certified sommelier, Peter Marantette. The list features 102 wines by the glass and a bottle list of nearly 300 selections. Artisan cocktails and a focused craft beer list round out a unique dining experience here at Reserve.
