I was part of a church luncheon on a weekend afternoon and although the food-side of the visit was not anticipated, I looked forward to a free lunch. I was glad that I had not paid for what I received, as it was not good: Pizza whose crust had the taste of unleavened bread (read: tasteless), spattered with a variety... More

Beautiful lobby, one worthy of photos. Coffee was good. Service was terrible. Took forever to get the staff to even take an order. Took longer than expected but that's okay. Food was warm. Then had to round up napkins and utensils. Food was very bland and disappointing. Good thing I could get my own coffee. Then they add 20% gratuity... More

Despite other reviews here, we attended a wedding reception here and found the food very good and we also had excellent table service. Table was always cleaned quickly, water glasses filled promptly, etc. Servers smiling and cordial. Nice facility decorated with really nice wood paneling. Lots of receptions going on simultaneously. We were in King Henry room upstairs.

We had lunch at Kings Castle with a large 30 friends. Everybody in the group were served at one time without error. My Maurice salad was excellent and would order again. All the other meals looked good, too. We had a pleasant time walking in the village stores. I believe we had a group rate. My salad was $15 which... More

Upon entering for our first visit we immediately got pretty excited. While finding our own table we glanced around, as people do, and the food looked pretty good. Little did we know that was the apex of our evening as from there it went downhill fast. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to finally arrive. She couldn't answer any... More

Looked forward to the burger all day. It was so disorganized! We (and the table next to us) went to the bar to get our own drinks. The table next to us finally got menus and passed theirs on to us when they were done! The table next to us got their food had asked for their waters they had... More

3 Friends and I had lunch here the other day on the spare of the moment. 1 had a Maurice Salad, 2 had a Grilled Ham & Cheese, and I had the Dragon Chicken Sandwich. We three who had the sandwiches all thought they were dry and overcooked on top of being tasteless. For $8-9 for a sandwich we expected... More

The castle is a unique place and as you walk to the door's, one can't help but notice the knights in armor door handles. Also upon entering the large hall and beautiful decorations meet you. Their are two ways to go (left or right) and just randomly guessing my friend and I choose the right direction since their wasn't a... More

Lovely wedding reception with an awesome staff. However the food was mostly tasteless. Salad was only lettuce. Pasta sauce had no flavor and chicken was blah. The rolls were good!

My family picked this for our annual Christmas get together. Was for lunch and then if everyone wanted to shop it was all in one place. Even though my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law were very generous in picking up the whole tab not everyone was happy (but kept it to ourselves as we were not paying). Most of us chose... More
