Stopped in here with son and all three of us had brisket with various sides (greens, mac and cheese, corn cakes). All very good. Very friendly staff as always. We really love this place.

Get there early because they run out of certain items,brisket ,ribs etc. Food is good but try the new Saddleback in Okemos in Central Park center. It’s better. Good but still prefer Meat in OldTown

Attention to quality and taste is outstanding! The selection and varying menu items is amazing, all are exceptional including the side dishes. The crowds gather early especially on Friday's. Fairly priced and with good sized portions.

went here for the first time and I loved it. Their brisket was so juicy and I loved there pork rinds. I also had mac and cheese and french fries which were really good. I would visit when back in Lansing
