Fun outdoor old fashion driveup restaurant, great location on the river. Root beer floats are great, but food prices are very high.

Have you ever had the chance to really go back in time? Well we did just last weekend. Years in the 60's we had a Dog-n-Suds in our home town of Ionia. In my senior year I met my husband in Government Class and over...More

A unique experience, especially the youngsters, an old time Diner with carhops and good food. On the shore of the White River and all the fast food favorites to include Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Perch Baskets and much more. Friendly and courteous staff that serves the...More

Good,drive-in food. Wait staff is quick, and polite. Good floats and malts.I especially love root-beer floats. And their shrimp dinner is good,as well. The drive-in has been here since I was a kid(I'm 68). It's become a tradition with the two towns,Montague and Whitehall MI.

This really is a drive in restaurant just like the old days. But I believe the food was even better than the old days. Every dish we tried, we liked.

So I stopped in to have a foot long hot dog and root beer like the good old days. The service and and food was excellent. How cool to see Dog-N-Suds still up and running like the good old days!

They have excellent cony dogs. I wish they were open year round. I get there as much as I can just for the dogs.

As frequent visitors from the Chicagoland area, we are always sure to stop at Dog and Suds for lunch. I'm not sure which we like more, the good food or the great atmosphere. Thank you for never changing!

I was a little leery of this place when we pulled in. It is a 50's style diner where you order at your car. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We are talking hot dogs and diner food, but it was...More

We always visit when we are in the area. Standard drive in fare, but the location is pretty, since it's right on the river, and the servers are always kind and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Dog 'n Suds t-shirts are also available for purchase.
