We ate here with our children and we all had a great time. The decor makes you feel like you're stepping back in time. It's a fun atmosphere. We ordered burgers with Velvetta cheese that were delicious. The only drawback was that I realized after the server left she hadn't asked us how we'd like our burgers cooked. I prefer... More

We stopped in after a day of traveling; what a great place to eat. Lots of food choices, from burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and seafood. Great atmosphere. My husband ordered the Philly Beef Sandwich- and ordered the Chicken Strip dinner with Parmesan Garlic; I expected chicken strips; these were 5 big thin chicken breasts; VERY IMPRESSED; I could only eat 2;... Since Redamak's closes soon for the winter - re-opens March 1, 2017 - we made one last visit today. Love the burgers and free fries during the workingman's lunch period. Busy place even after 1:30pm today and that can make for a lot of noise. If you're looking for a quiet, elegant dining place, look elsewhere. Two in our party... More

Heard all about this place as having the best burgers. We were in the area and stopped in for the burgers. Ordered the original cheeseburger and took a bite. I thought they forget the burger as it was hidden under everything. Just an okay burger, once I found it. We came, we ate, we will not be back.

Great old fashioned place for burgers and sandwiches. Had the regular cheeseburger and also a delicious asparagus and goat cheese sandwich. Fries were so-so, cole slaw OK, good ginger beer. Nice waitress, cool place.

Had been in Milwaukee for the weekend & were passing through back home. I opted for the fish & chips which were perch. Upon arriving the server said they looked a little well done & offered to have them drop some more. I said they'd be okay. They were at first but the edges were quite crunchy & chewy. The... More

Had better but really no complaints. Chili dog was really a sloppy-joe-dog (maybe not techically correct but it wasnt chili either). Bring cash because they don't take plastic.

We tried Redamak's based on their reputation. The place is cool, it was busy, service was good and the prices were fair. The only issue, and it's a big one, was the our burgers were dry. If anyone that works their reads this review, please stop over cooking the burgers because it dries them out. Loved the velveta cheese, it's... More

Redamak's prides itself on serving fresh, handmade burgers. There were choices of a good many variety of burgers - of which we tried a few. The traditional hamburger was the tastiest. The pulled pork burger was dry and lacked the juiciness. The salads and sandwiches were good. Quite a popular place but it does not accept credit cards.

I have been there many times. The first visit was simply a convenient stop on a Sunday drive. It is worth the drive from Portage, Indiana for quality food and nostalgic atmosphere. I only wish they were open year 'round.
