Had shrimp, Brussel sprouts, cheese biscuits. Food was good and prices were average ($20 per dinner). Service was good. Red lobster has the best garlic cheese biscuits.

Went on a Monday evening. Waiter was non-attentive and slow. Couldn't do multiple things at the same time. Couldn't attend to multiple tables at same time. Food quality has degraded over time. Not the worst restaurant I've been to, but there are many food choices in the vicinity so I won't be returning to this one.
The fish and chips were decent and the seasonal fudge dessert was very good. The caprese salad was a good starter with their famous cheesy bread. The service was good as we ate an early lunch when the place just opened.
Dined at the bar - food and service was great. A lot of choices for dining healthy - and they work with you to get things made the way you want/need it to be.
Seven of us went to dinner. My husband and I ordered the four course feast. I had coconut shrimp which were very thin and dried out. Baked potato was okay. As a side I had Brussel sprouts which were tasteless and dry. My husband had grilled garlic shrimp with rice. Very small portion of rice which was crunchy and shrimp... More
After reading several google bad reviews for this restaurant, I have to say that it was good enough.... same quality as any other red lobster in this country, but I love Lobster and Shrimps and I enjoyed a lot. you must give it a chance.
Visited with my parents because my mother was SOOO excited about SHRIMPFEST being back. All in all, service was good, restaurant was clean. Could only order 2 kinds of shrimp at a time, but helps when 3 people order different things so you can try them out. Portions sizes were appropriate to avoid waste, but caused delay in getting them... More
This restaurant has really gone downhill recently. The service was just plain awful. Our waitress had an "I don't really care" attitude. The food was mediocre at best. Steak, shrimp and vegetables were all overcooked. Salad had lettuce that was wilted. Overall a pretty poor dining experience.
I was on business travel and went to Red Lobster in Novi, Michigan for their king crab special. I ordered the King Crab for around $30, expecting to get a feast as shown in the photos from their menu. Here's what they gave me (see pics). Fork included for scale. The claw was only half the size of my thumb.... More
Loud, slow, sub par food/service and perhaps could use a cleaning. But seems to be loved by many since it is always busy.
