Our food here was good. We were traveling from out of town for our anniversary. The restaurant itself could use some updates. The waitstaff was just ok.

Stopped in for breakfast one morning on my way downstate. Service was good, as was the food. We stopped here on our way out of town for a quick bite. There were only a couple other diners, which is to be expected on a Tuesday morning, I would think. The waitress was prompt, helpful and friendly. The food, a farmer's omelette for me and biscuits and gravy for my husband, was hot and good. Good experience.
Stopped by for lunch. Ordered cheeseburgers and fries. Supposed to be known for the burgers. QST off we waited 40 minutes for our order. We were told it was due to us wanting fries well done. Owner operated family dining, daily specials, generous portions. One of the reasonably priced places to feed a family in the area. Waitresses tend tables like your the only one there.
