We have eaten breakfast/lunch there several times each summer of the last years. First, the food is delicious - no complaints whatsoever. If I may suggest: order a breakfast item each AND a half order of a sweet item to share (such as the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream - nothing 'out-of-a-can' here!). Their coffees are prepared in a... More

The setting is quaint and understated, the service impeccable, the food exquisite, the price tag within reason and justifiable. Great coffee. I'm not a fan of baked goods and sweets, but I make an exception for their chocolate croissant. My favorite breakfast dish is the crepes au saumon. Seating is quite limited. I'm pleased to see Patisserie Amie surviving in... More

My friend and I were visiting Michigan and wanted a delicious brunch. This place did not disappoint. It's small so the wait was long but it was so enjoyable. You can get half orders which allowed us to try more. The beignets were delicious and so was the French toast. We each had other entres that were great as well!... More

I had a mimosa with the Saucisson Lentilles- sausage over a lot of lentils with dijon and egg... this was incredible and I could not eat it all! They also have a pastry case with deliciousness. Take one with you for a snack!

We've dined here for breakfast, lunch and dinner on quite a few visits, and have loved it on every occasion. This is just a small bistro-style place, a bit off the beaten tourist track, but well worth seeking out. They have a very small kitchen, and as other reviewers have noted, when they're busy, things can move a little slow... More

Everyone knows about Patisserie Amie and Chex Peres for their wonderful don't miss breakfasts merge big into lunchtime of omelettes, coffee, Beniets and crepes. But don't miss Friday and Saturday night dinners of wonderful steak frites, filet mignon with fois grass, scallops and other delicious well prepared entrees for dinner. We had a great traditional French mixed green salad with... More

This was probably the best meal I have had in a long time. This quaint cafe has amazingly good food and is worth the wait (if there is one).

Outstanding French food with a quaint atmosphere. We returned for our 2nd time for a date night. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food is consistently very good. We were encouraged to return for their brunch which is very popular.

I will say one thing before going on with my review that is very important if you're considering going here. If you are an impatient person. Do not come here. Just leave. All you will do is find a reason to be angry. That being said. The place was so amazing I almost couldn't comprehend that I was still on... More

This is a quaint little bistro off the beaten path. Well worth the trip. French press coffee was superb.
