We popped in to the Apache Trout Grill for a late lunch. The food and service was great, and the view of the bay was just beautiful. I wish it had been warmer so we could have sat outside on the patio.

We've been eating at the Trout when visiting TC for over 30 years. We had lunch this weekend and are happy to report it's still a good meal. I had the bbq short rib sliders and sweet potato fries. The sliders were so thick 2...More

Great food. There’s a crepe, omelette and carving station and all the brunch accoutrements that go along with (super savory biscuits and gravy). If somebody in the party is feeling more lunchy, there’s a delicious loaded Mac n cheese, sautéed veggies, chicken breasts and salads...More

Apache Grill is one of our favorite places to go for the view of West Bay in Traverse City plus the food is very good but on the high end price wise. We enjoy lunch and brunch often and the ability to take drinks outside...More

If your hungry and wanting a good fish place to eat, don't go here. The meals were expensive and portions are small. The fish they brought was like something you get out of a frozen box. The sides that go with it are not a...More

Lots of good reviews so I will be short. They don't take reservations or call aheads...which is too bad. However, when you have to wait over an hour, it does get you thinking. After the wait we were seated and had prompt service. We ordered...More

One of the best in TC. Casual dress but fine dining. Can be kind of expensive but doesn’t have to be. Long waits in summer Buy worth it.

This place was perfect for a nice dinner with my wife. We celebrated her birthday the local wine selection and the food was great! Would recommend this to anyone!!

We go for weekend brunch. We were just here again today. My husband loves the crepe station (We were once told it alternates weekends though). Mimosas and made to order omelettes are my favorite. Also prime rib is great with a good brunch Buffett

One of our favorite restaurants in the TC area. Always try and hit it when we are in town. Great Steaks and Seafood. Great Atmosphere.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Our owner was an avid fly fisherman and he named the restaurant after the first fish to go on the endangered species list, the Apache Trout. It is found in the rivers of Arizona and... More

Timing is always a question at this place. Sometimes is it 30 - 45 minutes, other times, immediate seating. I would get there before 12:30, and ask for a table at the window and enjoy the view.

The Apache Trout Grill has a casual lodge theme to the dining room. Over looking Grand Traverse Bay is the perfect setting for any occasion. The Apache serves good food right.
