We visited on a snowy Saturday around 11 AM and this place was full and busy. The decor is nice and fresh. When we arrived they had a pad of paper that you write your name and party size on. There is not much room to wait in here as the register to pay at is right by the door... More

I've been here 3 times now because my wife is gluten free and dairy free. For her, this place is great. Lots of options. The service is good, and the place is clean. For me, though, I wouldn't go back if it weren't for her. I have had items from both the breakfast and lunch menus, and every time I... More

I finally had lunch at Noble today and will definitely go back. I was absolutely thrilled at all the gluten free options. The onion tangles are fantastic. I got the fried cod and it was crunchy and delicious. My sister got breakfast and said her hashbrowns and homemade bread were just how she likes them. We will be back.

Plan on a great meal, with standard fare, good service, and reasonable prices. The biggest surprise here is that the menu and staff go above and beyond to offer gluten free items. They have a dedicated fryer so you don't have to worry as much about cross-contamination if you are dealing with a gluten allergy. I've enjoyed both the gluten... More

We have had take out multiple times and ate in restaurant once. I've ordered multiple things off the menu and everything great and SO yummy. The prices are quite good for such good food! Keep up the good work!

I'm really disappointed to be writing this review as I was very excited to have a re-branded restaurant, 1 block away from my office with intentions to serve healthy and clean options for breakfast/lunch. Upon my first visit to Noble, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff member (server/mgr?) who sincerely guided me through the menu to explain local... More

Took my dad (59) and grandpa (91) to noble for father's day. It's really good food, you're not gonna pay too much. They've got gluten free and organic options, but their gluten game is on point! We're talking french toast made out of banana bread! Wait staff is amazing. Totally worth it!

Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed our GF and organic options. Just to clarify - our banana bread french toast is not GF. I don't think you meant to convey that, but I don't want someone else reading this thinking it is GF. Thanks for visiting, hope to see you again!!! More

We start by eliminating as many unnecessary ingredients and additives as possible. That is why our entire menu contains no artificial color, flavors (excluding flavored hot beverages), MSG, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial nitrates. This also allows us to offer many gluten-free and dairy-free options. When looking at the wide array of food that we are able to purchase, we feel less is more. We are constantly reevaluating our menu to see what can be eliminated or changed to make our food healthier, better quality, or more accessible to our allergy concerned guests. We then source very high quality ingredients. We carry over a dozen organic items including chicken, milk, bread, eggs, maple syrup, carrots... Our beef is raised without the use of antibiotics. All of our seafood is wild caught. Our ham and bacon that we serve is all natural with no added artificial nitrates. Whenever feasible our produce is purchased fresh, not frozen or canned. We finish by making most of our items from scratch in our kitchen. These include our waffle & GF waffles, homemade bread and jam, burger buns, chicken strips, salad dressings, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, and vegan granola. We also only use pure oils and real butter for all of our cooking and baking. We feel that making most of our items in house with real whole ingredients allows us to provide our guests with the best tasting food possible.
