This is one of the best places to have a great meal in Ypsilanti. Burnt ends are very tender and flavorful. The Brussels Sprouts are like no other. It is worth the trip to downtown Ypsi.

My friends and I ate here the other night for the first time. We were very impressed with all the wonderful selections on the menu. I had the combination platter of beef and pork and was extremely pleased with the meat portion of the meal. I however, was not too impressed with the sides of garbage fries or pimento mac... More

Wanted to try something new so we left Ann Arbor to try this place. Cool quaint atmosphere, feels like a cozy local bar with a contemporary feel. The food was awesome, especially the burnt brisket ends, garbage fries and Mac and cheese. The chicken wings with Cajun seasoning were actually the best we've had at any local restaurant. Great service... More

Stopped in for lunch with friends on our way to Ann Arbor the day before a game. The atmosphere was authentic and the server/bartender/menu guide, Bobby, was more than attentive, a smokehouse ambassador . The food was terrific. Great selection of beer. The four of us shared a Mac & Cheese with pulled pork. Warming, cheesy goodness with the pulled... More

Visited Red Rock while staying with friends in Canton. The place was packed, which is always a good sign. Had the sandwich with pulled pork, pork belly and bacon. Need I say more?!?

We started off with the burnt ends for an appetizer and wasn't disappointed, my wife had a chicken slider and I ordered a sandwich with pulled pork, brisket, and bacon we shared cowboy beans and mac & cheese ( which is fabulous). There's a full bar and great atmosphere.

My wife and I visited Red Rock on the recommendation of friends. The restaurant is in a historic building in downtown Ypsilanti. While we were seated immediately, it took longer than usual for our waitress to greet us. Overall, the food was decent. I had a combo of ribs and brisket. The ribs were good and so was the brisket,... More

The last three times we went in for dinner and we all specifically went here to get the burnt ends appetizer and they were out of them every time. So bummed. They do have some other good items and the beer is yummy!
