Okay now. The food is stellar and waaaaay big. Remember that when you see all of it continue to show up. The onion rings are the best we’ve had. The wild rice burger is the best veggie burger we’ve had and the rest of the...More

We were on the side facing the street. It was little claustrophobic for me since there was a partition between us and the main area but we did have window and it definitely kept down the noise. The server was OK but it did seem...More

Wonderful Wild rice/Chicken soup. I was visiting from AZ and had been craving this soup. It was scrumptious. Rest of family had sandwiches which they loved. Also delicious starters. A little noisy and a bit of a wait. Great waitress.

Love going to Grandma’s Saloon in Duluth. Their chicken tetrazzini and wild rice dishes are legendary - you can’t go wrong with anything here.

We wanted to eat here when in town. Talked to the waitress and the hostess looked at the menu. There was absolutely nothing without gluten and soy. My severe allergies. That just tells me they don't make their own food. Very disappointing.More

Thank you for your comments. We do in fact have a gluten free menu, and can make items that are soy free and gluten free. Our selections are a bit more limited, but we can prepare, chicken, steak, and salmon. We have side salads, fresh...More

Since 1976 Grandma’s Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure to the past where value and customer service are at the center of everything we do. You’re surrounded by authentic antiques, collectibles, and an eager staff ready and willing to please. The award winning food includes overstuffed sandwiches and burgers; USDA choice steaks; house specialty pasta and wild rice dishes; appetizers include nationally recognized homemade onion rings, chicken wings, and stuffed mushrooms. It’s an eyeful as well as a mouthful. The legacy of customer satisfaction has been handed down by the Italian immigrant who started it all, “Grandma” Rosa Brochi. Everything she did in her early boarding house business included “100% customer satisfaction,” words that we still live by today. Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is real history, real antiques, real service, and really good food! A dining experience of legendary indulgence. The original Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is located at the foot of the historic Aerial Lift Bridge, at the tip of Lake Superior. Seasonal deck dining and the new rooftop lounge includes this spectacular view.
