We had the three course lunch -- a great salad, pasta and a fabulous dessert. Also enjoyed part of a bottle of wine and the server was so kind to package it for return to our hotel. Really great service. Good price for this lunch...More

This is right in the heart of Canal Park. The menu was great, we could not decide and ask the waitress her favorite. She had a list of several items. The wine selection is vast. The food was delicious. Great place to go

Friend suggested this place for date night, it was great! Wonderful service, my husband had a delicious steak, & I had the very flavorful Italian sausage risotto. When you are in Duluth high recommend this romantic dinner date.

Love this restaurant! It is a must stop when we are in town for a weekend. Love the atmosphere here. It is a little spendy, but worth it in my opinion. The staff are helpful, the food is amazing, and the wine list is fabulous....More

We celebrated our anniversary here. The food was very good. It was a little spendy but worth it. You don't get a salad with the meal which I expected there. You do get bread that you can dip in olive oil. I had Chicken Marsalas...More

Pretty spendy....clueless staff....okay food....but nicely decorated. Would probably not visit again, as there are so many other choices in that area.

Excellent hearty meals at reasonable prices. Famous carrot cake could not be finished by 4 of us. Great history surrounding the place and the chandelier brought back from Italy. I actually met the father years ago in Sorrento and remember him being very kind to...More

Service was excellent and the wine list was phenomenal. However, every time I go there I am disappointed in the menu. The food is just mediocre. Then I come back a year or two later and everything is the same. The quality is not what...More

Great question! I would have to say that our traveling guests hear about the great walleye in Minnesota and because we live on Lake Superior we feel it's important to offer a walleye dish. Our Walleye Milanese has an... More

We also were in very casual clothes. If you wanted to make it a dressy, special occasion, you'd be fine. if you'd been exploring Canal Park all day, you could show up in casual clothes as well. Hope this helps!

Classic Italian dinning and Wine Spectator award winner since 1999 Bellisio’s restaurant conjures up images of highly skilled chefs, fine wines, superb service, and fresh Italian food. And while all this is most certainly true, one must not forget that Bellisio’s is above all an experience. An exceptional dining experience, to be precise, but one that takes place in a casual atmosphere reminiscent of the quaint eateries and wine bars of the Italian countryside. And no wonder. The experience is fashioned after the small village of Bellisio, Italy, home to the owner’s ancestry. Imported direct from Italy are the beauty, comfort, romance, and glorious recipes. Specialty dishes include perfectly prepared pasta dishes using the finest imported and local ingredients; fennel roasted rack of pork; homemade risotto dishes; grilled steaks; shrimp; seafood; and a fresh catch feature every day. All served with a world class wine menu to match. Bellisio’s has received Wine Spectator’s prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” every year since we opened in 1999. It’s a simple, colorful, elegant, and exceptional dining experience.
