We had a good experience at this restaurant. It is small, clean and casual. They also have a full bar and complete menu. I recommend.
We recently went to Carbone's after hearing that they had reopened under new ownership. What a pleasant surprise! It's gorgeously redone on the inside with lots of seating without feeling you are up in everyone's business. The food is great! We've been back a few...More
Good food, slow service. We arrived at being at the car show. The place wasn't busy. We had the pizza fries for starters, yum. The sauce they make is delicious and they serve it on the side of the pizza fries. Server was slow to...More
I met a friend here for lunch and it was just right. Not much for decor on the outside or inside but our server was polite and friendly and the pizza was just OK. I've had better pizza but Carbone's worked out great to eat...More
Carbone's in Hastings was closed for awhile and new ownership is showing in the interior. A warm fireplace, totally redone interior, an attractive bar area makes for a nice place for a meal. We've been in twice for carryout, the pizza is good, I'd suggest...More

Carbones in Hastings has terrible customer service. But the food is consistent. The serving sizes are small in comparison to other pizza joints in town. Expensive for the service and serving sizes. Only go once in a while when I have extra mony. I would...More
It is your run of the mill Carbone's, The pizza is good, but, I find it a bit salty for my taste. Seating is a little to open and dated.
Not as good as St. Paul Park but the pizzas are improving, getting better everytime. On the expensive side. Nice thin crust, great cheese. Good Menu. Slow service dining in house.
