I was in the mood for something sweet and this placed did the trick! I had a ginger cookie which was very nice. I also had a rasberry cream cheese croissant which was just delightful. Price was good, people were friendly.

They have great pastry options, a full coffee and espresso bar with of course, an array of chocolate goodies to sample and eat with your pastries. They also have a lighter lunch menu of salads and sandwiches for pretty fair prices and good portions. I...More

We always have breakfast at Bread & Chocolate when we are in St. Paul. They make the best croissants and wonderful coffee. It's a great place to people watch so try to get a seat near the window overlooking Grand Avenue.
Had a business associated stop here for treats before a meeting. The crossiants were out of this world. We had three different varieties chocolate, raspberry and cream cheese and they were all fabulous!
We stopped for lunch and enjoyed a sandwich with a salad. Of course, we shouldn't forget the cookie for dessert. All were fresh and good. The dining area was clean and pleasant on a Sunday. Good choice.
Stopped in for some afternoon treats and they sure have 'em. we usually select a 1/2 dozen then taken 'em back and quarter 'em for more treats for every one. Soo Goood!
