They have a pretty decent patio, but the service was not good. Our first server wanted to get out of there, that was apparent, and it turned out she was leaving. Because of that, she was rude, didn't answer our questions about the happy hour...More

My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch. I got the Swiss and mushroom burger with onion rings- just ok. Boyfriend got French Onion soup- just ok. The weirdest thing- Diet Coke and water tasted horrible almost like melted plastic?! We think dirty lines but just...More

We've been here a few times. Service is consistently friendly and good. The appetizer sampler is a crowd pleaser. Good pub grub that doesn't disappoint and a nice tap list.

Stopped in and tried out the 9-11pm happy hour. One has to appreciate ordering a cocktail or beer and getting two at once. They had several happy hour appetizers that were tasty, the fried mushrooms, fried pickles went over well. I also tried the black...More

Snowing outside and warm and friendly inside. When you walk through the door it just feels so inviting. It has the typical Irish / Sportsman's Bar decor. The burgers are great and I love the chips (what you call fries). The house red wine isn't...More

My buddy and I stopped by for the first time on 12/31 to have a couple of cold beers after lifetime steamrooming, jacuzzing and sauning (our tradition every New Year's Eve). And you know, we had a good time. We had 3 beers each and...More

Always a great time to get together for a very tasty lunch or dinner without a wait or high cost. Fabulous & friendly service. Would definitely stack up McHugh's against any of the larger "trendy " / gimmicky pubs.

McHughs has really good burgers and their lunch special is a great deal. Happy hour is 2 for 1 on certain selections. Bingo Wednesday nights gets busy so go early if you plan to play!

This is a few blocks from where we live and we eat here a couple times per month. Always great service! Food is a bit bland for me I like food with more flavor with that said it is always served properly

To the best of my knowledge and I have been there several times (i.e. have a friend who seems to enjoy mediocre food) I haven't seen any animals. Maybe on the patio.
