Louise’s has the most amazing Carmel rolls and baked goods. The veggie nachos are out of this world. I have never had any better than here. They have really good pasties , and sandwiches . This place is top notch ! Best home cooked food...More

The local hardware store steered us in the direction of Louise. It is a quaint restaurant offering a little bit of this and that (all homemade) I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and was not disappointed! After lunch, I enjoyed checking out the handmade items...More

Home cooked food, served to you by the owners - large portions / home cooked food! Tastes like home, rather than off the food service truck. Seek it out!

My wife, friend, and I were looking for something quick and simple to eat. We originally stopped at the Scenic Cafe and saw how ridiculous the prices were so we left and found Louise’s Place. Definitely recommend it for it’s food, service, and atmosphere.

Took the scenic train from Duluth up to Two Harbors. Louise's place was a definite favorite by many. Limited seating. So you want to order right away when you get in and grab a table. All of this sandwiches we had were very tasty! Fast,...More

A cozy cafe with delicious breakfast offerings. I had the Carmel roll and coffee and my husband had buttermilk pancakes and sausage. The service was great, personal and added to the charm of Two Harbors. Great location, close to the harbor.

We stopped after mass for a snack. They have great cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate! The cinnamon rolls are huge. We thought we'd eat half and save the other half for later. Before we knew it we were scraping the plate clean!

We stopped into Louise's for a quick to-go lunch on our way north from Duluth. The location is unique, but in a good way! It's homey, well-maintained, and efficient. The food was good. I chose a ham sandwich on cranberry wheat bread. What a treat!...More

Description
Description: Louise has always loved to feed people, starting with her own family. She understands that good memories, and warm friendships are often anchored to sharing food together. So, starting a restaurant 15 years ago, where friends and family could gather, was a natural. What makes Louise’s Place unique is her personal blend of quality, fresh ingredients and attention to making your order just the way you like it.Turn down to the Big Lake where Louise’s Place looks out at Agate Bay.
