Last night, three of us ate a meal at this Chipotle. There are printed signs plastered all over the store saying they are open only for online orders, but they served us anyway. That was good. But the inside of this location is a mess,...dirty and disorganized. From observations with my own eyes, little care has been taken to clean the food prep areas. Displays are covered in ripped stickers. It’s really disappointing. Time to clean up this shop. My family and I won’t be back to this store to spend our money until it’s cleaned up and open for regular service.More
I've been Door Dashing for almost a year now, and the past two times I have gone to this Chipotle it has been a nightmare - I waited nearly 20 minutes each time, and the orders were wrong. The first time it happened, I gave...them a pass. But fool me twice? I'm never going again. Despite having 7 or 8 employees working, most seemed not to be doing anything except looking around at each other. One person might be ringing people up, and one might be prepping someone's order, but the others just stand around. The customer line is out the door, so I guess as long as they stay busy and make a profit, there is no need to put in any effort.More
I probably go to the Chipotle on Currell Blvd in Woodbury a couple times a month. Most of the time I’m there late in the evening after shopping or running errands. Tonight I was there at approx 7:10 pm. There were only a couple people...in line due to the snow storm, but there were at least 9 employees present. I can’t say “working” because most of them weren’t doing anything or were moving at a Turtles pace. The gentleman in front of me wanted a burrito with steak, but was told they were out. He asked how long it would be and was told 10 to 15 minutes as they needed to get the chicken off the grill before they could make steak. He opted to wait. I ordered a Salad with chicken, but as I mentioned, it was on the grill. There were 6 females employees behind the counter and 1 male working the grill and he was in no hurry to get anything done. A lady came in after me and ordered something with chicken. No one told her they were waiting on chicken, they all just looked at the guy running the grill, who was now filling containers with rice. Another worker came out from the back and proceeded to tell the 6 gals they needed to be keeping everything clean because they were getting ready for an Audit. The 6 gals just stood there. The grill guy finally removed the chicken from the grill and put the full pieces in a container and threw the steak on the grill. I stood there waiting for someone to cut the chicken and no one moved. I finally asked if there was going to be chicken in the near future and had to repeat the question because it went over the heads of the gals working there. I then got a bunch of responses that none of the 6 gals standing around had been trained on the grill. The lady who came in after me left without her food because it was taking so long. I asked if there was a manager who was trained. The gal working the register said she would get one of them (meaning they had more than 1 working), and a gal came out to the grill and proceeded to tell the 6 people behind the counter that no one yelled that they needed chicken or steak. She grabbed a container of already cut chicken and gave it to the gals and finally my salad was prepared. Not 1 person apologized for the wait. They also need to give there employees some customer service training before they put them in front of the public. Worst experience at this location. Usually they don’t have enough people, but then they hustle. This was the opposite.More
This is not a review of this restaurant as a whole, just for the nachos. Hadn’t been here for quite a while and it seems the prices went way up on everything. I love good nachos but am usually disappointed when I order them. Got...the nachos to go with queso, black beans, mild salsa, and guacamole. I live 2 miles away and the chips were completely soggy when I got home, which I sort of suspected would happen. I would grade them an “A” for taste, but a “C” as a whole. There were hardly any chips, and they were overwhelmed by the topping. They use a burrito bowl which is part of the problem. If they used a wider container, it would hold more chips. When I was done with the few chips, I had half the topping left. Since I had no chips at home, I tried scooping with pita chips. Not good! I noticed that you can get chips with a side of queso, which may be a better way to go. But then you don’t get the other toppings. You can also get the queso over your burrito bowl. I won’t be getting the nachos again unless they start giving more chips.More
I love chipotle the food here is excellent! Love the fresh food, the people are friendly enough. However, this is the second time I’ve been to this Woodbury location. I come here after shopping and usually get here right after they open. How is it...10:50, the place opens at 10:45 and all the tables are dirty? Please keep the place clean, I don’t want to cross this off my list of places.More
we used to order and pick up for our office at least once a month sometimes more. but the last few times they have messed up our order and the food just isn't the same! this used to be my favorite place!
The line was long and moving painfully slow, but I figured I'd use the time to answer some texts. After about 10 minutes I saw a couple about two places ahead of me leave - I should have followed their lead. The couple immediately ahead...of me got to the cash register to find that the cashier had apparently decided it was her break time, so she just walked away, grabbed a soft drink and walked past the line of customers through the double doors to the kitchen area. When her fellow employee asked Beyoncé to come back out the couple in front of me asked to speak to the manager, who proved to be clueless. Eventually I paid and sat down. When I began eating my bowl I found the rice undercooked and the meat cold. A major disappointment, and certainly not up to Chipotle standards.More
Went here for lunch often. It's a close Chipotle, so nice lunch option to have. Good food, friendly service.
I enjoy Chipotle. I like having my burrito just the way I want it. I like the burrito bowl because it's 2 meals for me. Corn Salas is the best.
This was my second meal from this Mexican grill chain and I am hooked. Since I am not a wrap fan, I ordered the burrito bowl the first time. It was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and you decide what ingredients you want, including the...level of salsa flavor. I stood in a line that extended out of the double doors because of the lunch hour crowd, but knew it was worth it for another bowl.More
It was ok , not great or bad. Place needs cleaned a lot better. Service was fast. Food fresh. Chips where good first time I went. Stale the last time I went.
This was only my second time eating at this chain. First in DC and this one was friendly, fast, and well made food. Place could be little cleaner (mostly drink station) but not horrible. Little things that could make this place great .
Went here on 2/6/2017 @ 9:11 pm & I have never encountered such morons working at a restaurant as I did tonight. I actually think every employee working was as high as a kite. I walked in & one man was paying & another in...front of me so no wait but it took me over 22 minutes to get food to go and it was ice cold to top it off. The person preparing my food was yelling & singing loud & I had to tell him repeatedly what I wanted. Whoever was working in the kitchen was standing on the back counter or something - no idea what he was actually doing. Another gal helped prepare my food & she moved so slow it was awful. The chips were stale, the food was ICE cold I mean not even like warm, the restaurant was filthy & the people working didn't have a clue what planet they were on. I will not be returning to this location at all.More
Seriously! What's with the salt?!? Can't you flavor your food with anything else? Menu items are what they are for this chain, and expected, but I was so overwhelmed by the amount of salt in, well, EVERYTHING, that it's basically inedible.
