Whole fish had been sitting In the basket too long. Re-orders were a little better/hotter/fresher. Wife’s boiled shrimp was too salty and a little hard to peel. $46 for lunch is a little high, especially if it is not top notch. Server was good.

The service was great but the fish was not fresh. Very lukewarm as if the filets had been laying in the fryer baskets way to long. Also the prices to me are maybe a bit expensive for the non all you can eat plates. Disappointed.

We had a great dinner here. Food was lightning fast even though it was crowded, service was prompt and helpful, and I loved the thin, crispy catfish. The gumbo was also good. Would love to return. Wish they had a longer beer list, though.
Although there have been negative reviews, my experience has been quite positive. When I arrived the place was crowded (Black Friday), but a table was available. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. The food was good, but a bit salty to my...More
