We called in to look around for a few last minute idea's for our wedding the day after. And had lunch in the restaurant. The platters are always great. And in a great atmosphere.

Great place to take a friend too for a special occasion. You can sit inside or in a covered courtyard. The food is a bit out of the ordinary which is reflected in the price.

Went for afternoon tea and when ordering thought the price a bit extortionate but when the tea was served was so shocked at the setting and how small cake, scones etc were. Everything was served on a slate which made what you had look a...More

A friend recommended Beckworth Emporium for afternoon tea, I have to say I found £25 for two very expensive, add to this the indifferent approach to seating people when we arrived ( there was a long queue and lots of empty tables) The filling in...More

Visiting family locally and visited the Emporium for the first time. At first glance it's a Garden Centre, with an exciting array of plants. But its so much more than that - it has an excellent restaurant with a glorious menu and equally delicious food,...More

I have a strange allergy and the staff were wonderful in helping me so im sure this won't be a problem. Maybe be best to speak to staff member whilst in the queue to be safe.
