Stopped here for lunch. This restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Very good burgers and excellent service! Our drink glasses never went empty. After placing our order, it was quickly served to us nice and hot. This is a good place for a cheap lunch or dinner!

This is our third trip in just for the shakes. First trip we had the tasty hamburgers and thinly cut fries that were the best! Don't forget to dip your fries in your shake for a different taste!

Visited both locations when we were in Branson. Love SnS anywhere, any time. Great place for lunch, and happy hour (2-5 PM) is a special treat.

Preston was our server and he was excellent. we had bowls of chili, steakburgers, fries - the usual. We usually have chocolate shakes. Hubby has regular size, I order a 'kids' size. NOT TODAY. Preston had to explain that the 'owner' had told them they could not sell a kids size shake to an adult. He had actually gotten in... More

We have eaten at this restaurant for at least 15 years and this time our hamburger meat had a very different taste. It was lacking seasoning and flavor and was almost void of flavor. I am not sure what else to say except, what happened? This is one of our favorite hamburger places in Branson, but I am not sure... More

We stopped by on a Saturday at around 1 pm and had to wait about 5 min for a table. When the waitress brought us our drinks, she spilled the tray of drinks on the table and floor. She didn't apologize and was slow to clean it up considering the traffic. Several minutes later our food was brought to our... More

Our food was cooked to order with the freshest of ingredients....and wow, the old-fashion milkshakes were make with real cream and fruit. Service was good and the place very clean. A poplar Branson eatery in old downtown close to The Landing.

I live in Iowa. Closest Steak n Shake is 2 hours in either direction. So when I get a chance this is the place. The food was awesome, staff was great, and you can't beat the price.

Food was OK, service was mediocre. Prices were fair, menu was typical hamburger place. Two locations in Branson.

Our server, Ana, was just delightful. Our order came correct and quickly. I’ve never been to a Steak and Shake so I was wanting to try something new. Didn't know that it was a sitdown diner style venue. Will come again!
