There were some cute kitschy things around diner, waitress was nice and a bit run down. One bonus was you get lunch items at the breakfast hour. Food was not very good, hubby had a breakfast which he only about half of, hash browns were greasy and eggs cooked to death. The white gravy was boring. Coffee was bitter. I... More

Leaving Lebanon early, I aimed for a mid-morning brunch stop. Even though I had plenty of recommendations for my route 66 motorcycle tour, I still wanted to find new diners/attractions on my own. Pancake Hut was one of many unplanned stops, and as the saying goes - ‘I found myself in the right place at the right time.’ Opened in... More

My husband and I are driving Route 66 WB. We stayed at Boots Court (must stay) and ate here for breakfast before we went on our way. The service is good, the food is good, the atmosphere is good.....mostly locals who are very friendly. We loved sitting and drinking our coffee and talking to them!

I normally do not try establishments I am not familiar with whereas I am traveling old Route 66 and do not take the time to actually stop and eat. This time I was happy that I did! All the wait staff was friendly. It seems to be a popular place on Sunday, the prices were very reasonable and the Spaghetti... More

We ate before church on Sunday. Breakfast was great - quick service and hot food. The prices were very reasonable. Good coffee, Comfortable large booth seating. Favorite for the locals.

Bland B & G, no sausage in it and very plain. Sad. We were looking forward to a great biscuits and gravy, which didn't happen.

The locals are treated quite friendly, me, an unknown. NOT so much. The two women working are rough and gruff, at best. Ordered coffee, which was pretty good, a side order of bacon(2 pieces) and a order of toast(also two pieces and no extra butter) for $5. Gotta be a better deal someplace in this town.

This is a small diner with small menu but the food is all good. When you order soda you get a can with a glass of ice so no refills.
