I was hoping for great things but was not impressed with the remedial service. I think the waitress was either incompetent or on meth. Tje place hardly had any customers and she was running around like tje sky was falling. When my food came out it... let's just say it was poor. I've eaten at a LOT of BBQ places... More

Being local we've tried Wabash at various times over the last several years. I can't say I've ever thought it was wonderful, but we gave it a try again. The brisket and pulled pork didn't have any smoke taste whatsoever. It tasted like it was cooked in an oven. My order of fries only had seasoning on about a quarter... More

Found this BBQ place by accident on a trip from the St Louis Cardinals back to St Charles, Iowa. Located one block off the main street in the old remodeled train station. The brisket was very tender as was the pulled pork sandwich. Baked beans were also delicious. Our waitress Ethel was also the Manager. Very friendly, prompt and explained... More

I have to say that the BBQ here was disappointing. There was really no smoke flavor to be had and I'm not even sure they were cooking in anything other than an oven. The "burnt ends" were more like beef pot roast. For being fairly close to KC you'd think they could make them a little better. My husband hated... More

Stopped in for an early dinner and was so happy we did. I thoroughly enjoyed my super tender brisket dinner and possibly the best baked beans I've ever eaten. I also enjoyed my coconut merengue pie very much. Service was excellent. Wish I lived in MO so I could make a return visit!

I ordered the burnt ends and it came as just smoked beef roast. Also the place smelled of grease so bad that my clothes smelled like grease when I left.

We got a variety of Meats for a take out lunch. They were all very good & tender and smoked just right. Add a little of Wabash BBQ sauce and it's awesome. Loved it! I would recommend Wabash to any looking for great BBQ in the area! We loved it!
