Good local food and with a great view when the sun is setting. Great staff, ambient, inserted in the castle of Monsaraz village. Ideal for a dinner or a drink at the end of the day.
This small restaurant has pretty views over the countryside. There is an outdoor patio as well as interior seating. We had a quick lunch here. The black pork slices were delicious. The watercress salad was fresh. Chased down with the local beer, we enjoyed ourselves....More
Fabulous view, equally good inside the dining room as on the terrace. We each chose different dishes (steak on a stone, gazpacho, porco preto, patiscos selection). All excellent. Very good service. Great local wine. Clean place. Reasonable price. And a very pleasant stroll around Monseraz...More
Xarez bar offers both inside and outside seats. We appreciated a lot the genuine limonades and came twice during the same day.
