Chicken tenders 3 piece was nice and hot along will all the curly fires even with the 12 min trip back to the lodging. Thickburger was cook well and still soft and juicy. Roast beef was hot and good. Diet Dr Pepper was a tad on the syrupy side but passable. Included requested napkins, ketchup, and horseradish. Easy to understand over the drive through speaker despite strong wind. Has rare full roof over entire car so you don't get wet at the window.

I did the Drive-Thru, at 5:30 pm, on Tuesday 11/08/22. There was 1 Vehicle ahead of me after I ordered the Hand Breaded Chicken Fillet and Got to the Window. They Told me it would take Several Minutes, when I ordered. When I paid, they told me to just wait at the Window, because my Order would be Ready about the Same time as the Order ahead of Me. It took 10 Minutes for my Sandwich, But, it was Worth the Wait. The Sandwich was Hot and Fresh. Very Good. Thanks Hardee's for being honest about the Wait Time and the Yummy Sandwich

Love chicken fried sandwich and lots of soft drink selection. One thing though is it is never busy, but takes awhile, people are super friendly and helpful, $9 for meal is super expensive compared to I could go to hyvee for fresh and 2 sides and a drink-but both are good

I usually stop here 4 or more times a month last 2 visits I noticed tables need cleaning and staff seems to be less informed maybe new personnel or trainees I ordered the new beef sandwich which was outstanding but once no one asked for what cheese i wanted on the sandwich and once I asked for no salt fries and they were semi warm like they had been setting around awhile kinda limp like this is totally out of contex for this resturant but in the last few weeks I have to rate them less than 5 star hope they pick up the ball and correct the problem areas. Service bar also lacks attention.

Had not been to Kirksville for quite a while. Had a meeting planned with others. We had lunch at Hardee's. The service was good and the food was good. A pretty typical Hardee's. The place was clean. The restroom was well attended. Overall a good experience.

I got a hot ham n cheese at Hardee’s in kirksville Missouri. I took 1 bite and I found a hair. I thought maybe it was mine. The 2nd bite, I pulled 3 hairs out. I took sandwich back to register. The 2 women were completely rude. They wanted to know what I wanted. I wanted to say look b—- I want that cook to put a hair net on

We frequent this Hardees for breakfast a lot. Staff are nice and food is usually good. Coffee has a nice flavor. On occasion the biscuits are very hard. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Our only complaint is the tables need to be cleaned more frequently. Most mornings when we go in, all the tables have crumbs on them. They are not that busy of a place in the morning, and many times when we come in, there is no one in line to order food, so one would think the workers would have time to do quick wipe down of the tables.

Employees were friendly and had quick service, however the sandwich in the Jalapeno Combo I ordered didn't even melt the cheese because it was cold. The French fries were excellent.

The last two experiences I had with Hardee's at other locations weren't good to say the least. The employees were courteous. The restaurant was clean for the most part and our food was hot and made correctly. I would go back to this location.

I go here for a different lunch selection. There 4 for $4 is a nice change and cheap eats. Only issue is it takes them 10-15 minutes to get it ready even when they are not busy. The staff is friendly.
