Food and drinks are good here, they used to be better, but not sure what happened. We have a golf trip to lake every year and used to visit frequently, but not sure if new ownership or what, but it just doesn't seem like the atmosphere is the same as it used to be.

Went with friends to Tirebiters... peanuts with our drinks and great burgers and pork tenderloin sandwich. I 'folded' my tenderloin in two so it fit the bun better! French fries homemade and perfect! Sat near the fire and enjoyed a relaxed dinner and good conversation. Use Map Quest to get there, it is off the beaten path.

If you like fried pork tenderloin sandwiches, you will love Tirebiters. This is a traditional tavern and let's keep it this way. Cold beer served in bottles and good pub type food. Nothing fancy but it does not pretend to be either.

Tirebiters has been a regular stop for our group every fall after golf. Good atmosphere, spirits, good service and food choices to please everyone. Among us there was a steak dinner, catfish dinner, chicken gizzards, chicken livers, burgers and more plus the beverages to go along. Everyone seemed quite pleased with the food and the service. There is a pool... More

The place is hard to find, but worth the effort. Free peanuts in the shell for your cold beer. The bar food is good.

Each time we are in the area we stop at tirebiters. It is a welcoming hometown feel bar. Staff are like old friends at first meeting. Food is much better than just pub grub.

The food is awesome!!! Prices are reasonable. The tenderloin large enough to share. They have a fried potato salad, I was curious, so I tried it!! Real french fries. Glad I did, I will order again. The service, however, is terrible!!

It formerly had bbq, ribs and pizza. Now it's a burger joint and peanuts where you throw the shells on the floor. My sandwich was ok, joy terrible but compared to what it used to be, it's a step down.

We are returning guests at this restaurant. Good food and price is right. People in the restaurant very friendly. All you can eat peanuts and throw the hulls on the floor.

This is a good place to go for burgers, wings, and sandwiches. Above average bar food, casual atmosphere. Service is always good!
