Plan ahead and call for a reservstion, we had a reservstion and still waited almost 45 minutes for a table. They are always packed on the weekends. The food is amazing but pricey. Three of us spent over $80.

We have eaten here many times over the years and never had a bad meal. Everything on the menu is fantastic. My personal favorite is the chicken fried steak. I don't know what they put in the gravy but it is to die for. We never go to St. Joe without stopping in for lunch or dinner. Everything is made... More

The jambalaya is delicious you can get it with seafood or without! I have tried the stuffed shrimp, steaks, chicken fried chicken it has all been good! Great menu selection. Definitely try the alligator for an appetizer. This restaurant sits in a historic part of Saint Joseph. They also can accommodate small private parties. Service has always been good.

We were in town for one day, and this place was near our hotel. We ordered the 2 pork chop dishes. Ample service size ... meat overcooked, dry, and a bit tough on both orders. We were told they can't steam vegetables, so the asparagus arrived covered in oil. Yuk. Our server was very friendly, but we only saw him... More

This place was really good. Very authentic Cajun food. We started with stuffed mushrooms, which was a great starter for the rest of the meal. My wife ordered the Pescado Con Queso-white fish smothered in a cream and cheese based sauce with onions, bell peppers and crawfish. I had the stuffed shrimp and Cajun Mac-n-cheese. Both meals were fantastic. Staff... More

Service is fantastic. Literally as soon as your tea glass gets empty the waitress shows up out of no where and fills you back up. The food is bon-I-fide Cajun cooking. I have eaten as far south as Lafayette and Boudreaux is comparable to the best. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place for dinner. The food is authentic and amazing. Great vibe and ambiance. I ordered the Gumbo and the Pastalaya. Both were delicious.

Thank Sean B
