A month before our trip our organizer called ahead with our lunch choices. When we got there (on time) they put us upstairs and most of us waited for the food for more than 30 minutes. When we finally got our order it was tasty. The french fries are very good. But the service was not good. I finished my meal before my husband received his. If the service was better I would have given it a better rating.

Nice clean place to catch a game, hangout with friends and have some good food and drinks. They have Happy Hour specials and a nice menu too. Nachos were great loaded with plenty of meat, beans,tomatoes, cheese sauce and cheese it is large enough to share. Turkey Gouda sandwich is loaded with turkey, cheese on toasted bread served with hot crispy fries.

Food very good; server was distracted. Boob Boom Shrimp Tacos were very good, could use just a little more heat, but I get it. My wife had the nachos as her meal. Serving was huge! Didn’t even come close to finishing them.
Appeared our server had had a rough shift. There was a table in her section of very rowdy, disrespectful, young people. When she was focused she was very good; just hard to keep her focused.

My friend and I went here because we haven't been in forever. We both ordered burgers and my friend ordered chips and queso for a appetizer for us. I must say the queso was very good. The first batch of chips were horribly salty. We told the waitress and more without salt was brought out. I am beginning to think they have stock in a salt factory because the burger and fries came out. OMG...the fries the same way. The burger was ok but I have had far better. The prices I noticed on the menu were alittle high but that seems to be expected anymore. My suggestion to them is be very considerate to the customers when it comes to salt. Next time I will get a GREAT burger somewhere else.

We went there for my birthday dinner. The food was okay. I asked for no refried beans on my nachos then proceeded to have refried beans on it. For about 5 minutes straight I was pulling hair out of my food🤮. Then when our ticket came they put everyone’s order on our ticket and they knew we were doing separate order because the other people got there ticket. We then were just wanting to leave and ordered a salad to go. We got home and there was literally nothing in the salad, there was probably 2 bites in it. Terrible will. It be going back again! Btw this was on the battlefield one!

A group of 10 went here for dinner last weekend, and we had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in Springfield while visiting my daughters at MO State! Our reservation was at 7:30pm, took about 20 mins. to get our drinks, and each drink after that took about 20+! Ordered our food about 7:45 pm, and the food did not come out until around 9:30pm, and some of the orders were cold, wrong, or just not good! Asked to speak to a manager and she said the kitchen was short staffed and backed up, but while waiting for our food several tables came and went and by the time we got our food the restaurant was clearing out. The manager acted like we were bothering her with complaining about the wait and the quality of the food, but she did remake a couple of meals. And the manager did take off a couple of appetizer's and a drink for the long wait and poor experience. We have been to the location downtown and had a much better experience and much better food. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be going back to that location!

I tried to get take out order om the app showed up 30 min later. 1 item ordered.
Told it was being bagged.
7 min later told by someone else order is being bagged.
30 min later I'm handed food.
When I said I was told ot was being bagged 30 min ago by two people I was told rudely that was not true.
Should have just told me the food wasn't made instead of living to me about bagging it and then calling me a liar.
Definitely lost my business in the future.
Food was all cold like it was from fridge.

Lunch specials$8.99 half sandwich and salad/soup. It wasn’t bad. Probably 2 slices of turkey in my sandwich. Bacon was crispy and good flavor. Best thing was the appetizer... queso. It had a great flavor. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. I feel like the prices were about $2 too much.

This was the most disgusting food. I don't know what it is with Springfield food after 7:00 it's like they stop caring. The onion rings I ordered were swimming in oil and Soggy despite having to wait for my food. The chicken strips were partially raw I would not eat them. I asked for celery and carrots, they said they didn't have it. I will never return to a big whiskey.

Arriving from a long airplane trip I wanted to go to BW for a Buffalo Chicken dish. After waiting forever, they served it and several bites in I asked my wife to remind me not to order it again. Then I realized the was no buffalo sauce in the dish. They offered to remake it but I didn’t have time to wait. No apology. Manager didn’t even say anything. Just walked off. Very disappointing experience. 8/9/23 9:00 pm

We stopped in after a long day of travelling. Most of our party ordered wings of one kind or another. Everything tasted great and was reasonably priced as specials. Great place for lunch or dinner.

I took our family in for dinner while in town for the safari. This wasn't a good experience at all. My wife's burger was dry and their "jumbo wings" were anything but. The location in Jefferson City is why I thought this was a good choice. My son had a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and he was happy with his choice. But I wouldn't eat there again if it's up to me.

Updated review 11/1/24 Happy Hour is the best time to visit. and grab a deal on drinks and some delicious appetizers. Service was good and really enjoyed my martini. Nachos were really loaded and plenty for the 2 of us.
