We love Pappo’s! We’ve visited this location many times during our visits to Springfield over the last 4 years while our son attended MSU. He graduated this Spring and we wanted to share their amazing food with our family. We had Pappo’s cater the graduation...party. Everyone raved over the pizzas (Meat Lovers, Chicken Bacon Cheddar, Buffalo Chicken, Pepperoni and Cheese), the Italian salad, Toasted Ravioli and Breadsticks. Everything was hot and ready at the designated pick up time. They offered plates, napkins and utensils, but we already had that covered. Both my husband and I enjoyed the pizza and beer selection. It was clean inside and the service was great. The best part was the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. So glad we brought some home!

Ordered takeout online which was a good experience. Received an email giving instructions for pickup and the time. Email said to park in pickup area and there wasn’t any such area. Then we were to call a number and that was incorrect. 15 minutes after...the pizza was to be done, I was told the pizza stuck to the pan and they had to start over. It would be another 10 minutes. So 1/2 hour later we get our pizza. She gave me coupons for free cookies on next visit. I explained that I didn’t live anywhere near their locations but that didn’t matter. So I asked for the cookies now and was told that would take an additional 12 minutes. I just shook my head and left. The worst part was the pizza wasn’t even good. We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza which we have had all over the country. We thought the KC BBQ sauce would make it better than normal but it wasn’t very good at all. Very disappointed.More

I don't give 5 stars often. This pizza had authentic toppings. Their Parmesean cheese was real! Our meat lover's thin crust pizza had an amazing taste. Their pizza sauce had a great combination of spices and tomatoes. And then above all that we had excellent...service! Top Notch!More

Visiting from out of town it was after 11pm. Tried get Steak and Shake only because they're open 24 hours. But they said they were closed. Looked online and found that this pizza place was open. It wasn't far from where we were. The guy...on the phone was very nice. When we arrived the great customer service continued.More

We got lucky and had Mackenzie as our server she was so friendly and great took our order then kept making sure we’re doing good. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll make sure to come back

We were visiting Springfield and decided to order pizza for delivery. The meat lovers from Pappo's was AMAZING! It was sooo good. We also ordered the garlic cheese bread and you will need to like a strong garlic taste in order to like this app....It was not for us. We will definitely eat at Pappo's again the next time we are in town!More

Today was my first time eating there and as a former Chicagoan I didn’t expect much. Boy am I glad to be wrong. Everything was great, I had the lunch special, a personal pizza, salad, and a drink. The pizza crust was thin and crispy,...the toppings were plentiful, and the sauce was just right! It was the best pizza I’ve had in Missouri! Our server was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean. I’ll definitely be back.More

we enjoyed pizza and salad take out for the curbside during the time we had to stay home. It was easy to pick up, the service from the waiter that brought it to our car was nice. The food was hot and loved the salad....The dressing was in a separate container so it didn't get soggie. Glad that we can dine in but was glad to be able to get it for curbside.More

The pizza and salad were great. The server named Timber did an awesome job!! I would recommend this place and sweet waitress to all my family and friends!!!
