Cheapest Duck in town, maybe the best
Dry aged steak, as good as any in town
Brisket/Burnt End Philly Cheesesteak or Mac & Cheese - Amazing and not found anywhere else in town.
The Mac & Cheese seemed a little watery last time, my only complaint. (Burnt Ends, Lobster or Bacon)
The Restaurant is owned by a big trucking company
I went 3 times in a week, had the same server twice
she remembered me from years ago, I have no idea what her name is, Brie?
Is this restaurant good for business meetings or large groups?
The hotel has a large convention center, they do a fine job of catering. I have been there with groups of 100+

It's been a long time since the MH and Mrs. MH had been to Fire & Ice, so we decided to celebrate 25 years of wedded bliss there for dinner. The daughter unit wanted to try the Flash Fried Spinach, so she tagged along too.
After ordering, the FFS came out... very soggy. Trust me, you don't want your FFS soggy, so with much reluctance, we sent it back. Our server was very gracious and put in a new order for us. It came out the same time as our meal, but was 100% better.
The menu is somewhat limited, but in these trying Covid times , you never know what you're going to get. But the food and service was very good. They ended up taking the FFS off our tab, so I was very appreciative.
Fire & Ice will never replace Jimm's as our go to place, but it was nice. Now we just need this virus to go away so they can put ice back in the bar. 😁

I would like to apologize that you had to sent the flash fried spinach back, but I am very glad the staff got it corrected for you so it was enjoyable, and that they provided it complimentary.
We agree, we are very ready for the pandemic to end so the ice bar can come back!

This place was recommended by the staff at Hampton Inn and we were pleasantly surprised that we got a free appetizer by showing our room card from that hotel and it was within walking distance. My wife had the duck and I had the bbq salmon with cheesy grits and asparagus. They were both good! Our waitress, Courtney, was attentive and very kind. I highly recommend!

I came in the evening of Wednesday March 2nd with my girlfriend for the very first time. I ordered a rice bowl teriyaki and my girlfriend ordered chicken wrap. We were both very pleased and asked the waitress for the name of the chef that cooked out food and it was bacon. We rate the food Five stars and will definitely be seeing ourselves back! Thank you for the amazing food bacon!

Decided to have dinner with friends at Fire and Ice. Knowing food was gonna be great we headed over for dinner. What really shocked me was the amazing service with a smile we received from our server Stevie. She was very friendly, attentive and new the menu very well and help one of my friends decide what he should eat. Will definitely be back for a great experience. CHEF BACON is the guy you really wanna see when you step in the restaurant. You can tell everyone absolutely because all of the patrons at the bar are trying to this guy because of his vibrant personality. Ashley, my server, was fantastic and even got in on an inside joke that I had with Chef Bacon. (That's right we made an inside joke within 20 minutes) He cooked my burger to perfection even with picky pallet and Ashley catered to my very picky needs. 10/10 would go again, and would invite him to my wedding to cook if I ever got married again.

My daughter and I are locals and have been ordering the Pad Thai for the past few years and loved it. However, the last several times we have ordered it has been either terrible ( had mushrooms and broccoli in it and clearly not the right sauce. On other recent occasions when ordered there was literally no sauce so dry. Last time, the sauce was simply straight Sriracha. And the egg…if your lucky you will get a beautifully prepared egg with fresh herbs or just a hard fried egg thrown on top. It is the luck of the draw! We are so disappointed on how incredibly inconsistent our (use to be) favorite dish is now. I am all about giving second chances…However, four chances is our limit. Kitchen staff really needs to make sure that dishes are prepared properly and consistently.

I went in for dinner one night, and I was fairly hungry, and looking for a nice steak. Saw Fire and Ice and decided to give it a try. I started out with some fried calamari, which was some of the best fried calamari I've had. I narrowed down the steak between the Fire and Ice Filet and the Dry Aged Ribeye, but ultimately decided on the ribeye, as recommended by Ashley, who was our server. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The ribeye came out after not too much time, and I have to say, it was an excellent ribeye, cooked just to what I ordered, medium rare. I had to give my complements to the chef, so I asked Ashley who our chef was, and she mentioned the chef was Chef Bacon. They prepared a mean ribeye, and I gave my complements to Chef Bacon and Ashley for an explementary and delectable dining experience. I will definitely have to come back, and will have to call beforehand to make sure Chef Bacon is behind the grill and will see if I can be seated at one of Ashley's tables again.

We wouldn’t eat there again because of the lack of flavor. I asked for rare salmon and it came out fully cooked. Didn’t have a lot of flavor or salt. It looked and tasted like they just squirted grey pu pon on it. My hubby had an andouille sausage pasta dish that was also flavorless and had no salt or sauce. He sent it back and it came out the same. Atmosphere was nice and staff was friendly. We left her a nice tip regardless.

Came here following the reviews and proximity to my hotel and I was just okay. I ordered the chicken fried steak and should have just ordered a steak or burger. That dish should just be removed from the menu since it is not a good reflection of the menu. My co worker loved his bowl meal.

We went for lunch. The food and wait staff was excellent. Our server was Jordan and he did a excellent job. We went back for dinner which was excellent also. We had the same waiter and my grandkids were impressed because he remembered them from lunch and also remembered what they had to eat. Both times the food was tasteful, wonderful blend of spices. Lunch was Crab Ragoon Pizza, PitaPizza, Fried Sushi Rolls and Chicken wings. Dinner was Crab Ragoon Pizza, Fried Sushi Rolls, Chicken Nuggets w/fries, Salmon w/roasted Brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes. The portion sizes were more than enough and it was not expensive.

LOVED the crab Rangoon pizza. I tried to save some for later, but couldn't stop eating it. The shells and cheese was also very good. The cheese sauce is made in house and is real. The brisket was the best I ever had. I do not like fat and it had very little.

This restaurant had an extremely nice waiting staff, with some delicious food. It has a very pretty interior layout, with looks into an indoor oasis. It was very busy and the host, ava, couldn't have done a better job on updating my wait time and supplying me with a conversation. Very impressed by this dining location for sure!!!

They went through a remodel last year and came out good. We are the all American burgers and they were exceptionally juicy and the meat was nice and thick. The service in this restaurant is very personable. The waiter was right there anytime we needed anything. It is a small restaurant with good food and good service. We come here once a year and the restaurant never disappoints us.

Had a fantastic dinner at Fire and Ice! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Wiskey burger. Our server, Jordan, was incredibly attentive and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.
