I stopped by to have dinner and really wanted liver and onions, but alas, they only serve it on Friday and it was Tuesday! I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and it was terrific! There was so much food - but it was all good! The staff were friendly - as well as the other diners at nearby tables. Since... More

This is me and my wifes go to place for breakfast everytime we come to West Plains. Their food is excellent. My daughter, my wife, and I just recently ate lunch here. My daughter and I had burgers, they were excellent. My wife had the catfish, she liked it. I tried a bite of the fish and a hushpuppy, the... More

Met an old friend of mine for breakfast at this little diner as I was traveling. I had a 3 egg cheese omelet and some yummy homemade bread for only $5. Good food - good prices.

Our waitress was excellent and treated us and served us well. While most of my table was happy with the entrees, my omelette tasted strange so I ate half, hoping it was my tastebuds. It wasn't. Either the eggs had turned or fake eggs were used, because they had a funky flavor.

The only thing I have ever ordered at Ozark Cafe is the catfish. That's because it is so darn good. Flaky with a crispy coating that doesn't overpower the fish. The sides are mostly good, but I would recommend the fried squash. Too much coating leaves it soggy. The hush puppies are yummy.

Had lunch at the Ozark Cafe Saturday, August 6, 2016, and was very pleasantly surprised. The entrees were reasonable priced, had good portions, and were delicious. One in our party had the salmon, two of us had the catfish, and one had a cheeseburger. All were delicious. The sweet potato casserole was extra special, the catfish was cooked perfectly, the... The food is good and there are many choices on the menu. It is a basic small town cafe with average service.
