We stayed at the Summit at Big Sky for 9 nights and had breakfast everyday at Peaks. Delicious, good variety, great service! We also had soups there on our first evening that we're very good, but could have been hotter. I ordered room service of spinach salad with goat cheese and strawberries that was fabulous! Overall, I would highly recommend!

The ambiance and the service were excellent. We had elk and bison, both were very good. It was not cheap, but not ridiculously over-priced either. Beer and wine list was very impressive. I would eat here again.

Since we are owners here at the Summit hotel and this is the restaurant in the hotel we wish it were better. The breakfast buffet IS amazing but it is $30 per person. If you are a guest and not an owner I believe it is free for you so DEFINITELY go for it! Yum As far as lunch and... More

After reading reviews, we went in with the bar set very low. Since we were traveling with friends who were staying at The Summit & had made a reservation we thought, "How bad can it really be?" Well, folks... it was bad. I went the "safe" route and ordered scallops and the Caesar, but otherd who ordered entrees basically just... More

This was better than typical ski resort food. I had a spinach salad with feta and pear, as well as a veggie lasagne. Everything was tasty. Service was very good, though they did have some difficulty with serving all of us at similar times. Understandable i guess, given that we had approximately 40 diners in our group.

For such a prime location, we were somewhat underwhelmed with the menu options. Food and service was quite OK though. Think the dual purpose operation (breakfast buffet in the mornings) of this place limits guests expectations. 3 stars for dinner. Breakfast on the other hand is fantastic and 5 star rating.

Look sorry to say, I really thought that this restaurant would serve up something a lot better for the price, as it is right up there $$$$. Have to say that the service and staff were great and we were able to get a table when we walked in. That is the reason for the third star. Food was nice... More

We ate breakfast at the Peaks for the last 4 days. Always great! Manager in the morning is great, funny, definitely a morning person and has the place running great. Unfortunately, dinner is horrible. I blame the manager and actually told him that after our second encounter with him in 2 days. First night, we decided the place looked nice,... More

The restaurant has a good location in the Summit resort. The place has dark painted walls which makes the room very dark and outdated the chairs are uncomfortable and cheap looking. Service was average. The Foie Gras entrée did not came close to Foie Gras. The lobster Manhattan steak combo came with cold steak the lobster was good. The huckleberry... More

We came to Peaks hoping it would be our delicious final meal of vacation. We were incredibly wrong. Martinis were lukewarm with wilting olives served in the wrong glasses. Lobster bisque was served cold and presentation was kind of thrown at my fiancee. Caesar salad was fine but nothing to write home about. We were so disappointed that we left... More
