We were staying st the Murray after driving through a blizzard on our way to Bozeman , decided to stop on Livingston and continue our journey in the morning. After checking into our hotel we went to Gil's for a bite of supper . Shared a bottle of lovely wine and the best pizza, staff was warm and friendly. We... More

Gils's Goods is a great cafe for breakfast and / or lunch. I eat there whenever I'm in Livingston, sometimes planning my trips around meal times so I can eat there. They source as much as they can locally, and feature local grass-fed/grass-finished beef: their burgers are great. They have a nice breakfast variety of the traditional options you'd expect.... The perfect spot for a great breakfast. Their house baked breads and pastries are amazing. Friendly staff that make you feel at home.

The atmosphere here is nice but service is typically on the slower side. Really great pizza too but if you're bringing children, pizza is about the only option for them (no real good smaller options). Their soups are great, as is the grilled cheese (but it's huge). Burgers tend to be extra pink even when I ask for medium so... More

The food was excellent, well prepared and flavored. Several choices in a wide variety of unconventional choices that you won't find at most restaurants, I.e. Ethnically chosen main dishes prepared by hand with hand chosen ingredients l, not Sysco food.

Nothing beats the smell of bread fresh from the oven, except for tomato/basil soup served with some of that warm bread. Try it here on a cold snowy day. You'll love it. Great service helped make this a superb lunch stop.

I have eaten eggs thousands of times, and rarely have an "egg experience" that makes a blip in the culinary memory. Gil's Goods makes the egg that broke the shell of egg monotony in my life, the poached then fried wonder that made my breakfast rock. On top of cheesy grits, no less. I love this place, and drive from... More

Really popular with guests and locals. Yummy dishes, really generous portions, eclectic, but all the 'usual' are available, too. Overflow to adjacent bar.

I went with two other people and we all loved our food. I got a veggie sandwich, but on a salad instead of bread. It was delicious-- I could have it every day. One of the others had the buffalo chicken pizza and it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Can't wait to eat here again!

Thank Castille L
