After reading the reviews I have decided that the 400+ 5 star reviews were not of Italian descent and must often frequent Pizza Hut so Ciao Mambo would be step up! Crowded and one of the worst restaurant flow patterns I've ever seen. Often small...More

Excellent meal at Ciao Mambo & awesome service! Portion sizes were huge. Bruschetta with fresh ricotta is a must! The kitchen will let you switch things up by changing types of pastas or sauces, adding or deleting ingredients. Our waitress was super cool, making the...More

I do not think Ciao Mambo takes reservations, so be prepared to wait during busy times. For us it was well worth the wait, however. The staff is helpful and conscientious. We had the aroncini (rice balls) and they were OK. The breadcrumbs were a...More

We went to this restaurant with high expectations, but found the service to be lacking. One waitress was serving the entire upstairs seating area and was very inattentive. I had basic chicken parmigiana which was nothing about which to rave. My husband had the Cioppino...More

Had the Shrimp Scampi dish, which was spectacular and plenty of it. Other members of my party had lasagna and pizza and were happy with the meal. This is a popular place so prepare for a wait to be seated, however, it's worth it. Prices...More

This place was delicious! We had to wait for a bit so definitely make reservations on a weekend night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is priced a little high for pasta but it is definitely high quality.More

The bread basket was the best ever! Pasta arrabiatto my husband cleaned the dish. My salad was mostly lettuce, but ok Huge wine list at reasonable prices. But for such a popular restaurant that pushes wine, they should get some decent wine glasses, not cheeps....More

Hi there, we first opened in May 2001.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a trail ride for 2 children (7 and 10) and 3 adults? We would be looking at June 13, 14, or 15. My main concern is I do not want to go in bad weather so would like to make that decision when we arrive in Montana, but did not know how busy you were this time of year. I formerly lived not too far from your location up in Emmons Canyon and am bringing my grandsons to see where I lived and to enjoy all of the things I used to do there. Look forward to you response. Not sure how your inquiry showed up on the Mambo's page. I hope you got the info you needed about the trail ride.

It was there in Dec., 2014. Can't speak for the rest of the time. The appetizers were both varied and tasty (we were there with a wedding party).
