Catfish Lake has been around for as long as I can remember. This place is no doubt worth a visit! I absolutely love their catfish dinner, it has to be the main reason I visit other than the staff! The people there are great and you no doubt get your money's worth with large portions and good food.

You can get a one pound fried walleye dinner which includes a side for the same price that you can purchase a pound of just the raw fish at the store. You cannot go wrong here with the walleye; it is the best. I read a while ago that they have really good pork tenderloin sandwiches which I would love... More

The place is disgusting tables, chairs & floor filthy...window ledge dead flies all over. Greasy fingerprints on glasses. Waitstaff was rude and played on their phones. Food all tasted the same and like they haven't changed out the grease in the fryer. Bathrooms were equally disgusting.

Lots to choose from a large menu. Great service from the staff in the bar area. The chefs salad is enormous. We could have shared and both been full, we did split a hamburger that was cooked just right. Big pieces of fish that are as good as you will ever find in this area. Kind of out of the... More

We live in this area. I found this place while Googling restaurants for a Friday night dinner. Having lived here 3+ years, it surprised me very much to see and read about this place. From where we live it's about out in the middle of nowhere as possible. It's not in a city center or suburbs. It's not in a... More

Wanted to hit Catfish Lake for a long time, but visited mid-afternoon after seeing a movie. Weren't gigantically hungry so had a Chef Salad and a side of Famous Fish (river carp) - didn't know the helpings would be so gigantic! Tasty food, especially the rib meat section of carp - don't know how they get it into such an... More

Menu was stained and looked terrible. There is a lounge attached to the restaurant, but they did not know how to make a Manhattan or Long Island Ice tea. I ordered walleye with corn and baked potato. The breading on the fish was excessive and super crunchy, overpowering the walleye. The corn was dark brown carmel colored..had to be very... More

Awesome experience, a thumbs up for this resturant. The place has a family pleasant atmosphere, neat and clean. A two part resturant with a bar area with tables for food and and another food area no bar. Both areas are fairly large in size. Game room with differ areca selections. This is an unique resturant with an exquisite scenic view... More
