Great food, good service, good atmosphere. I have eaten there a few times while in town visiting family. I've never had a bad meal.

I visited it yesterday and eat there. It is a nice refurbishment (not exactly a restoration) of a historic hotel using many of materials of the original and retaining its flavor. Food and service was good. It is worth a day trip to visit the hotel, eat there, and visit the nearby Custer County Museum.

We stayed at the Arrow and this location was located on the main floor. We grabbed a couple drinks and some food while in the bar. The service was great and so was the food. There is really not much to chose from in town, but this location provides a good menu selection and comfortable pub for relaxing and enjoyment.

Desiree was our server. From the moment we entered the Arrow Hotel lobby, then the restaurant, we could immediately tell this would be a good eating experience. We were approached by an employee while trying to decide whether to eat in the restaurant or pub. He suggested the restaurant was quieter and after a long day traveling we took his... More

Most of the towns on the stretch of scenic Rt. 2 we were driving are very small, Medicine Bow is about it. Driving into town we saw the sign on the Arrow Hotel promising food and drink, immediately pulled into a parking space and wandered into the bar. We were the only patrons (gulp), but the friendly staff invited us... More

We ate in the bar area. My friend had the flat iron steak which she said was one of the best. I had a philly steak sandwich. Not the best I'd ever had but certainly top 5! A fun relaxed atmosphere and very casual. Walked into the restaurant and the decor was beautiful and unique. Check out the ceiling and... More

We had a beer, a perfectly cooked steak dinner and some good conversation. This restaurant is inside the Arrow hotel where we stayed and convenience was very important on this trip.

Dinner...my husband had the NY steak and I had pork tenderloin. The steak was very salty. The mashed potatoes were so salty I did not eat them. The pork was very tender. Nice atmosphere but it seemed waitress was rushing is.
