My wife and I had lunch at Todd English's Olive's (Las Vegas- Bellagio). The ambience (looking out on the "dancing fountains", plus the presentation and quality of the meal made for a truly great dining experience.

Pete is correct.....Todd English is near the Aria that does have a very nice spa. I have not used the Aria spa, so I cannot really comment on your question.
