In order to get great steaks you do not have to go to the big names, the Biscayne inside the Tropicana is just as good. I had a great grain fed NY strop, grilled to perfection and sautéed spinach which was also great. Nice and efficient service

While Biscayne isn't the worse steak house I'd been to in Las Vegas, it could be better. They need to work on presentation - maybe some nice garnsih on the plate or add a little side dish - would be much more eye appealing with added value. My poor filet looked and felt very lonely with a few burned pieces... More

Let me just say the food was fantastic, the staff courteous and atmosphere perfect. However, an upscale steak house should not be letting people in jeans and t shirts in. This ruined our experience because a table of the drunkest jerks managed to be seated right next to us. When they weren't yelling and cursing about political issues they were... More

We have eaten here on many occasions and never disappointed. The steaks and prime rid are just fantastic. We have love the sea bass and all the seafood selections. You will be pleasantly surprised by the Biscayne. We have had a wedding pre dinner here and my wifes mothers 80th birthday and the food and service was amazing.

My wife and I ate at the Biscayne. Our Favorite is the Chilean Sea Bass and the Salmon. Hm hm hm!! cooked to perfection. I will always ate from this hotel whenever I reside at Tropicana. Apart from convenience, the food is excellent. At Vegas standards, the price is right.

We ended up at the Biscayne by accident. The service was excellent (Thank you Kenneth N), and the food was excellent. The prime rib was one of the best I have ever had. According to my guests, the Wild Salmon and the Roasted Sea Bass were also excellent. The Broccolini and Sidelemon Asparagus were also excellent. The menu is ala... More

We were going to a nice steak place in the middle of the Las Vegas strip.....but didn't want the hassle of traveling away from our hotel.....so we stayed at the Trop and enjoyed an outstanding meal at Biscayne....I started with the Caesar salad (excellent) then came the 8 ounce filet which was cooked to perfection! My friend had the Larger... More

With an ample selection of steaks from which to choose (high $$$ to mid-range), my wife's 8oz. filet was perfectly prepared and delicious. I had the most amazing sea bass ever. The scallop appetizer killed as well. A la carte menu, fairly pricey but without the cab fare. Service was tremendous.

Unbelievable! Dinner with 3 of my business associates and we each ordered steaks. Each was cooked wrong. Mine was cold, 2 were sent back and the 4th was eaten around the edges. Called the manager over and he bumbled and stumbled with 20% off the meal and a Comp $50 bottle is wine. Really? $66 bucks for a steak and... More
