3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

Was here right after they opened many years ago and loved the place so this time I had to take my wife as we both love Sushi. Disappointed with our experience for sure to say the least. Four of us sat for dinner. Two of us viewed the wall the whole night while the other two had a great view.... More

This restaurant fits right in with the Wynn resort. Mizumi has the very best of everything, location, food, staff....everything. We eat a lot of Japanese food and nothing compares to Mizumi. First class all the way Thank You Mizumi

First we had 4 servers which was too many. There was no coordination and the place was quite busy. The rice was average, the meat was ok. The desert was interesting. The chinese in Wynn is of higher quality than this Japanese restaurant. Too bad as the decor was quite nice.

"Wynn"ing at Sushi! :) We had reservations for dinner here on a Thursday night, and when we arrived, we were seated quickly by a cute hostess who was happy to take our picture near the wall of Kabuki masks. So cool! Dress is definitely business casual, the night we were there most of the men had on sport coats and... More

It is an incredible restaurant. Everything about it was special. The atmosphere is great. It is a high end place so everything seems luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. It's like ... everything was taken care of with the feeling of being annoying. The food was amazing: starters, entrees and desert, all delicious and with great presentation. The... More

We had a romantic dinner looking at the waterfall. First off the service was amazing. The staff is so nice and attentive. Best service I've had it awhile. The food had beautiful presentation and tasted just as good. A must try is the spicy tuna arare roll, it was divine

The staff was gracious from the moment my mother and I arrived. The teppanyaki option with lobster and tiger prawns was delicious. We will be back on our next trip to Las Vegas. Thank you to the staff and management for a splendid experience.

Casual. Good bar and food, just not special. The Wynn and Encore can spoil the average person. We were very spoiled by other restaurant experiences

What is there to say about "the best". The overwhelming excellence of everything connected to the Wynn-Encore facility, ..restaurants...service...the rooms...the way things are set up.....we have been coming to these facilities since they opened...our only regret is that we, being retired, can only afford to do this two or three times a year !

Star chef Devin Hashimoto, whose talent for marrying Japanese flavors with French technique earned critical raves as chef de cuisine at Alex Stratta’s five-star temple of haute French dining, now brings his deft modern touch to the Mizumi experience. Like its sister restaurants at Wynn and Encore, Mizumi is dramatic to the eye, a sweeping space framed by panoramic views of a tranquil lagoon and Zen-like gardens. Sliding glass panels open onto two majestic waterfalls, each cascading into a shimmering koi-filled pond. A diverse range of imaginative and authentic dining experiences are available here - from Hashimoto’s a la carte menu of creations both classic and trendy to the authentic robata grill cooking, the more theatrical teppan yaki room where chefs prepare multi-course dinners tableside, or the superb sushi and sashimi bar offerings. With its iconic waterfalls, stunning décor creative Japanese fare, this oasis of tranquility offers world-class dining in the heart of Wynn.
