Some of the best Japanese food I've ever had! NOBU allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and try dishes I normally wouldn't try. I loved everything I tried! I would definitely eat at a Nobu again

Had a tasting menu with 8 of us. The quality of the food is very good but the ambience was a bit off as dozens of people walking by the window next to our table. Be prepared to spend $250 per head.

I wanted to try Nobu while in Vegas, it did not disappoint. The salmon roll was outstanding, maybe the best roll I ever had. Also, the Bulleit burbon manhattan was extraordinary.

I have been to several Nobu restaurants so far. Food, quality and service is very good in all of these places. Ambiance though could be cozier and reading menus in dark light gives me a hard time.

They can work with Gluten free I am sure.....If you stay away from Waygu without drinks you could eat for $60 per person. If you drink.....add $30-40 to that per person. It's a pricey place, but lovely and the quality was... More
