I was browsing Trip Advisor for some food and was in the mood for Vietnamese. I found Viet Bistro which was close so I decided to check it out. It's located in a strip mall so may be hard to locate. I walked in a was immediately greeted and seated. The menu is 4 pages and it is translated into... More

Ordered a banh mi for lunch. The flavors were good with slices of roast pork which seemed more Chinese than Vietnamese but acceptable. The sandwich roll was not as crusty as true french bread. The biggest shortcoming is that there was no pickled turnip and carrot (do chua) in the sandwich. Also I did not taste any fish sauce (nuoc... More

I cannot rave enough about the Pho at the Viet Bistro on Lake Mead. The service is fast and curteous, and the Pho is always hot and super delicious. Whenever I'm anywhere near it, I make it a point to have lunch there~ so delicious!!!!!

THE GOOD: Nothing other than the location. THE BAD: The decor is cheap and depressive. The windows of the entry door were filthy. I was the only customer and the employees were very noisy, speaking very loudly. THE UGLY: The food. i had a chicken Vietnamese soup. The soup was tasteless. It seems that they use a bouillon from a... More

Great local place for some delicious PHO! Menu is very broad covering everything from seafood, chicken, beef and some exotic meats.

Stopped here because it was closest to hotel. Had the Oxtail Pho, spring rolls, and a noodle dish (can't remember the name). Good food. Fast service. Friendly.

I love Vietnamese food. Viet Bistro is a frequent dining location I choose. The atmosphere is a little cold and blah, but the food is very good and reasonably priced. I would have given this location 5 stars if they would keep the restroom cleaner and the mood in the restaurant wasn't so gloomy and cold. Some Clorox, light Asian... More

This is a small cozy restaurant. The food is good and prepared well. The place needs a good cleaning and the staff needs a little help with service. However not bad as a whole.

So glad we found this place on our drive back from sightseeing. We ordered to go & I loved my Hue Style Spicy Beef Noodle soup - very spicy it was, lots of jalapenas... great. The broth was tasty & bean sprouts, scallions, cilantro all very fresh & crunchy. So many components of beef tendon, shank, pork roll & hock... More

a small restaurant tucked away in a rather confusing shopping area. I ate there twice on a recent trip and loved it. The food and service were both excellent. Price was very reasonable.
