The last time we visited LV we dined at Bouchon everyday for breakfast. Anything we ordered was amazing. We just got back from LV and again dined at Bouchon everyday for breakfast. The pastries are excellent especially the pecan sticky bun and the pain au Chocolat. One morning I tried their version of chicken and waffles and the presentation and... More

Flaky but lacking flavor as expected from their European cousins, sad but we tried several and each one was bland.

This review is long overdue. I was staying at the Venetian for a conference and was able to have a late dinner at this fine restaurant. It is Vegas and expectations are very high but this dining experience hits on all cylinders. The atmosphere is simply eloquent with a beautiful views to an outside courtyard patio. The waiter was attentive... More

Our breakfast at Thomas Keller’s elegant high ceilinged Bouchon restaurant within the Venetian Hotel provided good food and great service at somewhat reasonable Vegas strip prices. The Petit Dejeuner Americaine ($23) - Provided extremely creamy, buttery scrambled eggs; high quality sausage and bacon; beautiful, however, plainly flavored potato croquettes; toast with amazing cherry preserves, fresh squeezed OJ, coffee, and your... Our waitress was attentive, but not overly, and informative. We had four different luncheon items and all were an adequate amount and tasted wonderful. The menu had several items with egg on top which was interesting but not sure why that was so prevalent. I just wish we had enough room left for dessert because they all looked/sounded great.

We flew in to Las Vegas on Thanksgiving morning from Miami. We had made a reservation at Bouchon for Thanksgiving dinner as we have been to Bouchon many times before and always enjoyed it. We are familiar with Mr Kellars other restaurants and understand he is regarded as an out standing culinarian and restaurateur. But this "traditional Thanksgiving dinner was... More

We went here for a business dinner and were surprised that we were the only ones in the group who took high school French and the only ones with any wine expertise. The food choices were very good and anyone from France would feel right at home here. It was a bit on the pricey side, though. Getting there was... More

I've been twice now, and I don't get what the fuss is about. The service is excellent, as is the wine selection and atmosphere. However, while the food is certainly good, it is quite expensive. My steak the following night at Stack in the Mirage was head and shoulders above the Bouchon special that was 40% more expensive. I go... More

When I saw that Thomas Keller had a restaurant in Las Vegas I knew that I had to try it! I was staying at TI so I walked over to the Venetian around 7am and was able to walk right into Bouchon, the restaurant itself was beautiful (as the entire resort is) everything on the menu sounded fantastic but I... Friendly greeting and getting our table ready 20mn earlier. We were recommended a superb wine from Oregon : North 2012 and we got the last bottle. We found the dishes all well prepared, excellent and unpretentious. So far Bouchon is consistently my best dining experience at LV.
