Aloha Bento is okay. The loco moco was disappointing. Eggs were over cooked and gravy seemed to be out of a can. Waited 15 minutes in line then 30 minutes for my food. This would be an average place back in Hawaii.

This time we brought guests with us. They enjoyed the selection and their dishes. My husband and my friend are both vegetarians and were able to find what they were looking for.

We placed a to-go order and when we got to the cashier they told us they forgot to place the order. This alone drops them down to 3 starts even though the food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. There is no...More

We have been coming to Las Vegas for decades but found out about Aloha Specialties about 8 years ago. This is now one of our must stops when we come to Vegas. The food is not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, it is...More

We came here thinking it was local hawaii food. It was ok. If you haven't had hawaii food for awhile, it'll do. Had better places in hawaii.

Still our favorite place to eat. The best part is running into family from Hawaii while you are there you didn't even know were in town.

We were staying in Downtown Vegas at Main Street Station and had been hearing about Aloha Specialties which was across the street in the California Hotel. We stopped in on Friday for lunch right before noon. There was a small line but it moved along...More

The best place to eat if you crave Hawaiian style cooking. Large portions, very tasty, reminded me of home style drive-in plate lunches. Staff very accommodating to large groups, and helpful to please.

Aloha Specialties is a definite must-eat when we are in Vegas. Being from the Big Island, my first choice is the Loco Moco (sticky rice, handmade hamburger patty, brown gravy and fried egg). Second choice is Kalua Pig... More

Aloha Specialties, located on the California Hotel & Casino's mezzanine, will satisfy your taste buds with its Island fare. With the umbrellas and wicker chairs lining the mezzanine outside the restaurant, Aloha Specialties transports its diners, at least for a short moment, to the islands. Step inside and its walls are lined with native art and the tables and chairs are covered with the "aloha" prints that you'd see in Hawaii. Aloha Specialties features teriyaki plates, stews and curry specialties, combination plates and noodle dishes such as Chicken Tou Saimin and of course, the popular "rice bowls". Eating in or taking out, give yourself a treat and try Aloha Specialties.
